Our sweet Louie came into our lives on April 5, 2022 at just 3 weeks old. We learned quickly that Louie's situation was not a good one; CPS had left the case and no one was looking out for this precious boy.  It was about 6 months after Louie had been in our home that we decided we needed to step up and advocate and protect him. We began this journey on October 18, 2022 when we filed our case in the Fort Bend County courts, and we are still fighting for Louie in the court system almost 2 years later. Louie has been a blessing in our lives and we cannot imagine our family without him!
